Welcome!  

The goal of this department is to enhance learning opportunities for students in Grade 11 or 12 who are looking at careers in the skilled trades.  There is a great demand for tradespeople across Canada and around the world and through CO-OP and OYAP youth can prepare themselves for a rewarding career in the trades by getting on the job experience in an apprenticeship role at local businesses and industries.

Students have the opportunity to become registered apprentices and work towards becoming certified journeypersons in a skilled trade while completing their secondary school diplomas.  Our program operates out of the Holy Angels Learning Centre in Sault Ste. Marie.
