The Huron-Superior Catholic District School Board is proud to continue the long standing tradition of Catholic education in Ontario. The HSCDSB serves the communities of Blind River, Chapleau, Elliot Lake, Espanola, Hornepayne, Massey, Sault Ste. Marie, Wawa and White River. The distance from our easternmost school in Espanola to our northernmost school in Hornepayne is 654 kilometers. Our shared heritage as Northern Ontarians has allowed the Board to overcome some of the challenges this vast geography brings.

The HSCDSB boasts twenty-three schools:
20 elementary and
3 secondary.

All three secondary schools are situated in Sault Ste. Marie.

The HSCDSB employs over 1,100 people and serves approximately 5,000 students. The Board administration offices are located at the Catholic Education Centre in Sault Ste. Marie.
