The Huron-Superior Catholic District School Board’s Literacy and Basic Skills (LBS) Program provides basic literacy, numeracy,and essential skills services to students 19 years of age or older and whose formal education is below that of the Grade 9 level.
Our LBS programming helps people achieve their education, training and employment goals, as well as enjoy increased independence. Academic upgrading, GED Test preparation
and introductory computer classes are other options available
to adult learners through our LBS program.
Classes are available Monday thru Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. during the traditional school year. There is no cost to learners for participation in our LBS program.
