The new St. Mary's College is scheduled to open in September 2015.

This multi million project will see the consolidation of the current St. Mary's College, St. Basil Secondary and Holy Angels Learning Centre into a state-of-the-art secondary school at the intersection of Pine St. and Second Line East in Sault Ste. Marie.

Prelimnary work on the site has begun. The official ground breaking for the new St. Mary's College has yet to be determined.
