The Board is looking for a teacher who is a strong communicator, has strong interpersonal skills, and is a team player. First consideration will go to OCT-qualified teachers, however at this time we will also accept applications from non-certified teachers.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• [OCT Candidates] Primary, Junior & Intermediate Divisions
• [OCT Candidates] Religious Education in Catholic Schools, Part 1

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• [OCT Candidates] Religious Education in Catholic Schools, Part 2/Specialist
• [OCT Candidates] Special Education, Part 1
• [Non-Certified Teacher Candidates] Prior teaching and/or training experience in a classroom setting
• [Non-Certified Teacher Candidates] Bachelor’s degree and/or pursuing BEd

This position is currently open to all applicants and will be considered in this order: i) occasional teachers currently employed by the board; ii) external OCT-certified teachers; iii) non-certified teachers.
