The board was saddened to hear the news earlier this month of the passing of a long-time former employee.

Tim Holmes, who was with the board from 1979 to 2003, died in Doncaster, Ontario on January 8th. Mr. Holmes was a former Superintendent of Business and Finance.

It was sad to hear of the passing of Mr. Holmes. Although I never met him, employees at the board office spoke of him with such fondness that I knew he was a good person. May Tim’s soul rest in God’s eternal peace,
