Griffins Triumphant

St. Mary’s College was site of a Partner Schools volleyball tournament this past weekend.

Elementary school teams from Sault Ste. Marie squared off on Friday and Saturday in girls and boys divisions.

Saturday afternoon Holy Cross was celebrating as the Griffins boys and girls teams came away with their respective titles.

In the girls title match, Holy Cross topped St. Francis French Immersion 25-18, 25-21.

In the boys final, the Griffins prevailed over St. Paul 25-22, 25-12.
