Great Support

Yesterday, Branch 39 of the Royal Canadian Legion in Espanola generously donated $1000 to the Sacred Heart/La Renaissance school playground equipment campaign.  

Principals Withers and Ducharme were on hand to gratefully accept the big cheque from Branch President Gary MacPherson.

The campaign has been on since last spring and local business and school families have generously donated towards the future purchase of playground structures and trees for the yard.  

The principals of the joint-school project would like to thank all those who have made contributions so far.
