All interested runners will have the opportunity to compete for SMC. Top runners advance to NOSSA &amp; OFSAA competitions. Training is held after school, four days per week. Knights runners train in our Fitness Centre and a variety of locations surrounding the school including the Hub trail and Hiawatha Highlands.<\/p><p><em><strong>\u200b&#8221;Knights XC: No bench.
