Students in Mr. LaFleur’s class got very creative in one activity on the first National Day for Truth and Reconciliation. September 30th has been also known as Orange Shirt Day for almost a decade.
The day is a visual opportunity to recognize the abuses that occurred at residential schools across Canada.
