‘Moose(t)’ Amazing

Sacred Heart Catholic School in Espanola wrapped up the 30th Annual Morris the Moose Advent Food Drive prior to the annual Christmas Break. 

Over 1,225 donations were collected in just over two weeks.  All donations have been brought to the Espanola Helping Hands Food Bank.

“We are so grateful for the generosity of our families.   Over the years they have never failed to amaze us with their response to this drive.  We hope our campaign will help those in need at Christmas as our school celebrates thirty years of giving back to our community,” said Sacred Heart Principal, Syndy Withers.

Special thanks goes out to the students from Mrs. Donnelly and Mrs. Kozachanko’s grade 5/6 class who help run the campaign as our ‘Moosketeers’.
