POSITION: Elementary Teacher – Prep (0.5 FTE) & Learning Resource Teacher (0.5 FTE)

JOB CODE: TCH2425-67

LOCATION: St. Basil’s Catholic School, White River, ON

EFFECTIVE DATE: Immediately

The Board is looking for a teacher who is a strong communicator, has strong interpersonal skills and is a team player.  First consideration will go to OCT-qualified teachers, however at this time we will also accept applications from non-certified teachers.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • [OCT Candidates] Primary, Junior & Intermediate Division
  • [OCT Candidates] Special Education, Part 1

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • [OCT Candidates] Religious Education in Catholic Schools, Part 1
  • [OCT Candidates] Special Education, Specialist
  • [Non-Certified Teacher Candidates] Prior teaching and/or training experience in a classroom setting
  • [Non-Certified Teacher Candidates] Bachelor’s degree and/or pursuing BEd
