Night School Opportunities Starting February 11
Looking to enhance your learning, fast-track your education, or explore new skills? Night school is here! Starting February 11 and running until May 29, classes will take place on Tuesday and Thursday evenings from 5:30 PM to 8:30 PM. With flexible options for in-person or online attendance, this program is designed to fit your schedule and goals.
Program Highlights
- Grade 8 Students: Earn a Grade 9 credit and get ahead in high school.
- Flexible Options: Fast track a credit, make up missed courses, or enhance your skills.
- Personalized Support: Smaller class sizes mean more one-on-one time with teachers.
- Schedule Flexibility: Keep on track for graduation while balancing other commitments.
Course Offerings
EWC4U – Writer’s Craft University English
- For Grade 12.
- Online.
CO-OP – Grade 11 DCO30
- Requirements: Students must attend and complete:
- One pre-placement session.
- Two integration sessions.
- One summative session.
- Eligibility: Students must have a part-time job to qualify.
- Requirements: Students must attend and complete:
ESL (English as a Second Language)
- Available for Grades 8-12 and adults.
- In-person at St. Mary’s College.
NAC10 – Expressions of First Nations, Métis, and Inuit Cultures
- For Grades 8 and 9.
- In-person at St. Mary’s College.
TAS10 – Technological Arts and Skills
- For Grades 8 and 9.
- In-person at the STEAM Lab, Holy Angels Learning Centre
