On behalf of the St. Mary’s College Catholic School Council (CSC), you are invited to the First-Ever Health and Wellness Fair, Feel The Energy! This exciting event will take place on Wednesday, April 9, from 6 p.m. to 8:30 p.m., with doors opening at 5:30 p.m. at St. Mary’s College.

This event is open to all Grade 5-12 families and students.

The goal of this event is to empower and inspire students, staff and families to prioritize their health and wellness. The St. Mary’s College (CSC) believes that when you take care of your body, mind, and spirit, everything else falls into place. Wellness isn’t just about physical health; it’s about living a balanced, energized, and fulfilling life.

The Health and Wellness Fair promises to be a fun, engaging, and enlightening experience for all ages. You’ll have the opportunity to learn from top health professionals and special guest speakers, while discovering practical tips and resources to help you live a healthier life.

You will gain valuable, hands-on ideas to take home and implement with your children and families from numerous interactive booths covering a variety of wellness topics, including:
