Track and Field

The Knights Track & Field Team is a co-ed team that trains March to May in order to compete in the City Track & Field Championships. All interested athletes will have the opportunity to compete for SMC in at least one of the many different track or field events hosted at the championships. Top athletes have the opportunity to advance to NOSSA & OFSAA competitions. Training is held four days per week after school. Knights athletes will train in our Fitness Centre, on our track facilities and at the Joe Forman Track.
