  • Hornepayne – 1 possible position


SCHEDULE: 
Monday, August 14, 2023 to Friday, August 25, 2023 (Approx. 45 hours)


RATE OF PAY: 
$49.77/hour


REQUIREMENTS:

  • Participate in virtual training and planning sessions (dates to be determined by team)
  • Transition students with complex special education needs back to a school environment
  • Reintroduce structure and routine within a school setting
  • Reintroduce students to various self-regulation strategies
  • Facilitate daily learning sessions geared to the student’s IEPs
  • Continue building capacity with Google Classroom and/or the LMS
  • Facilitate safe social interaction with peers
  • Maintain accurate anecdotal observations and academic records
  • Ensure regular communication with parents


QUALIFICATIONS FOR ELEMENTARY POSITIONS:

  • Two of Primary, Junior & Intermediate Division Qualifications
  • Religious Education, Part 1


QUALIFICATIONS FOR SECONDARY POSITIONS:

  • Intermediate & Senior Division Qualifications
  • Religious Education, Part 1


PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Special Education, Part 1
