ATTENTION: CURRENT OCCASIONAL TEACHERS, EXTERNAL OCT-CERTIFIED TEACHERS, AND TEACHER CANDIDATES (BEd IN PROGRESS/TRANSITIONAL OCT CERTIFICATION)


Are you an Occasional Teacher currently employed by the Board, an OCT-certified teacher external to the Board, or a student nearing completion of your teacher education program? The Huron-Superior Catholic District School Board invites applications for the following positions:


POSITION:  Possible Permanent Teaching Positions (All Divisions/Subject Areas)

LOCATION: Various schools in Sault Ste. Marie, Blind River, Chapleau, Elliot Lake, Espanola, Hornepayne, Massey, Wawa & White River

HSCDSB is looking for Teachers for all grades at our elementary and secondary schools in all communities served by the board. Note: For teacher candidates, employment would commence upon completion of current educational placement, if applicable.


QUALIFICATIONS:

  • OCT-certified teacher (internal or external to HSCDSB), or
  • Teacher candidate nearing completion of teacher education program (working toward OCT certification and/or in possession of a transitional OCT certificate)

We are currently accepting applications from all OCT-certified teachers and teacher candidates.
